So what, then you have to reduce the load! I call this "entertainment training," not strength training. But it works my core! Bullshit! Want to work your core, deadlifts and squats will do it way faster and safer. How many times do we see this crap: Skinny fat personal trainer has a peri-menopausal female do one arm curl, while standing on the contralateral leg on a BOSU ball.
