6pm MetCon on Friday Night at Atlas will be doing “Chad” – honoring Chad Wilkinson, a 22-year active duty SEAL stationed in Virginia Beach, who took his own lift on October 29th.
The workout is 1000 box step ups on a 20 inch box for time with a 45/25 pound weight vest – there will be a jar for cash donations at the front desk for the All In, All in Time Foundation.
