Women increase weight by 5lbs
Rx starting point is 95/65

-Athlete starts with a Snatch EMOM
-Once they are unable to Snatch the prescribed weight, they progress to a Clean EMOM
-Once they can no longer Clean the weight, it becomes a Deadlift EMOM
-Workout ends when athlete is unable to Deadlift the precribed weight
