Thursday - 


15 minutes to work up to a Heavy Single Axle deadlift
(Grip today must be over/over and Not mixed!) 

then take 65-75% of that heavy single and complete the following

Tabata Over/Over Axle Deadlifts

20 seconds for max reps
rest 10 seconds
for 8 total rounds (4 minutes)

10 x 25 feet Overhead Lunge Walk (use barbell, KB, keg, log, ect. and switch it up throughout!)
