8 ROUNDS FOR TIME (You should never be close to redline): Pick your poison - Choose one option from each "level":

Level 1:

  • 1 x Muscle Up
  • 2 x Strict Pull Ups (preferably weighted) (If athlete cannot rope climb, can do the pull ups - only exception)

Level 2: 

  • 2 x Tire Flips
  • 2 x Stone to Shoulder or 2 x Keg to Overhead

Level 3:

  • 3 x Axle G2OH @ 3/4 BW
  • 6 x KB Thrusters (45/25)

Level 4: 

*Close out - 5 x 50ft Seated Sled Pulls As Heavy As Possible
