Strongman Class

12 Rounds (NOT FOR TIME) 

5 x Front Squats @ BW

50ft Yoke Carry @ 3 x BW (scale is as heavy as possible and unbroken) 

(30 minute CAP) 

Scale as needed. The yoke carry needs to be unbroken.

Strength -  (week 2 Day 4) 
A1 - Push Press
5-4-3-4-3  

B1 - Db Bench Press
8 sets of 4-6 reps at tempo 12x0

C1 - Lateral Raises
3 x 15 reps
C2 - Front raises
3 x 15

D1 - 6 minute amrap of the following
20 second handstand hold
5 ring Dips
5 Burpees
