Registration for the 2018 CrossFit Open is LIVE. Head to games.crossfit.com to sign up. Over the next few weeks we will be focusing on workouts that are similar to what you will see in the open. Every Monday and Wednesday we will be completing old workouts from past Opens.
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes complete the following
2 Snatch (increase weight throughout)
4 Overhead Walking Lunges (shoot for same weight)
rest 4 minutes then complete the following
75 Power Snatch for time (75/45)
Closeout - TTB and Pull Ups Practice
(spend 5-10 minutes working on stringing together pull ups variations and or TTB)
