Working in groups of 2 or 3 today

Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 28 minutes of:

60-calorie row
50 toes-to-bars (sub Knee to elbow or knee raise) 
40 wall-ball shots, 20/14
30 cleans, 135/95
20 muscle-ups (sub 20 pull ups and or 20 dips, you pick but only 20 total reps) 

(divide the work up however you wish, but only 1 person works at a time!)

800 meter run for time
