Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes complete the following

5 Push Jerks (start at 155/95 and increase 10 lbs each round) 
5 CTB Pull Ups (unbroken) 

(goal is to maintain 5 unbroken Push Jerks every round.  Starting at 155 would mean the last round is 225.  If needed start at a lower weight!) 

Then complete the following for time

100 Double Unders
30 HSPU
20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95) 
100 Double Unders

Closeout - 
3 x 25 Band Pull Aparts
3 x 12-15 Hammer Curls
