Every minute on the minute for 40 minutes complete the following (rotate through the following 4 exercises) 

Minute 1 = 2 x  Tire Flips

Minute 2 =  2 x Over/Over Axle Bar Deadlift

Minute 3 = 2 x  Zercher Squat  

Minute 4 = 2 x  Strict HSPU or HSPU Negatives

The first ten minutes should be a warm up.  The last ten minutes should be as hard and as heavy as possible!
