10 Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge Left  (use db, kb, plate,) 
10 Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge Right
10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65) 

(Choose a weight for the lunges that allows you to complete 10 steps each set.  Make it a challenge but not impossible!)
