Behind the neck Split Jerk (use a rack) 
(work up to heaviest possible single for today) 


30 minute AMRAP of the following

7  Thrusters (75/45) 
25 Double Unders (or 45 second amrap of DU) 
7 Box Jumps (24/20) 
25 Russian KB Swings (72/55) 

(Every 3 minutes stop and complete a 100 meter sprint.  Pick right back up where you left off when you return) 

Closeout - 
3 x 25 band pull aparts
