5 Double KB Swings

rest 6 minutes then

1 Round of the following every 2 minutes for 10 minutes

1 Axle Deadlift (as heavy as possible) 
3 Strict Pull Ups
5 Double KB/DB  Thrusters (as heavy as possible)
