30 minute AMRAP of the following (use an axle bar or log) 

1 x Power Clean
1 x Front Squat
1 x Shoulder to Overhead
1 x Back Squat
1 x Shoulder to Overhead (increase weight each round, last ten minutes should be rough) 
(the above complex must be touch and go, no drops allowed in the middle of the set) 

500 meter row

(Keep track of 500 meter times throughout the 30 minute time frame.
