A1 - Pull Up (kipping) + TTB
4PU + 4 TTB x 5 sets and rest 45 seconds

A2 - Handstand Shoulder Taps
30 second AMRAP x 5 sets

Conditioning

Working with a partner complete the following

6 Rounds

5 Snatch (155/105) 
25 Russian KB Swings (72/55) 
15 Box Jumps (24/30)
400 meter run
25 Double Unders

(For today's workout, one person works at a time and you MUST rotate each time the exercises change.  You can NOT split up the reps of individual movements!  For example, partner 1 completes the 5 Snatches, partner 2 completes the 25 KB swings, partner 1 completes the box jumps and so on until you complete 6 rounds total. )
