For time complete the following


21-15-9 reps of the following (14 minute time cap) 

Cleans (135/95)
Ring Dips

(for today you must pas through a full squat on every clean! and you may sub regular dips or bench dips for ring dips today!) 

rest 6 minutes

then complete 1 round of the following every 2 minutes for 12 minutes

2 Hang Power Snatch
3 Box Jumps
(Increase weight and height each round.  Do not go over 75% of your 1rm)
