Push Press

1 Rep every minute for 10 minutes (increase weight until you hit a 1rm or a heavy single) 

then with a running clock complete the following

From 0-10 minutes

For time
30 Clean and Jerks for time (155/105) 

from 10-25 minutes

For time
1 K Row
30 Burpee
30 Pull Ups

(if you finish the first workout early, you have until the 10 minute mark to rest.  If you do not finish at 10 minutes then you must go on to the second part.)
