Strength/Skill

A1 - Snatch Balance
5 sets of 2 reps (rest 15 seconds before going to A2 and work up to an RPE of 6-7

A2 - Box Jumps
6 sets of 2-3 reps (looking to add even an inch to last weeks sets) 
rest 2 minutes before returning to A1

Conditioning  

800 meter run for time
rest 2 minutes
400 meter run for time
rest 1 minute
200 meter run for time
 

Accessory work
3 x max effort dead hangs from pull up bar (if longer than 2 minutes start to alternate single arm hanging for 30 seconds) 
3 x legless rope climbs
3 x  bent over plate rows x 25 reps
