24 Double Unders  

Skill and Accessory work

A1 - Barbell Turkish Get Up
3 x 3
A2 - Shoulder Taps
3 x 45 sec. 

(1 person working at a time.  3 Russian KB Swing buy every time you rotate in) 




A1 - Pull Up (kipping) + TTB
6PU + 6 TTB x 4 sets and rest 45 seconds

A2 - Handstand Shoulder Taps
30 second AMRAP x 4 sets
