Strength/Skill

A1 - Front Squat
4 sets of 8 reps at tempo 2010 and rest 90 seconds
(RPE of 6-7 today, work technique and get some volume in) 

B1 - Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance
2 Hang Snatch + 2 Snatch Balance = 1 sets.  Complete 3 sets total (RPE of 5-6 again today) 

Conditioning
5 minute AMRAP of the following (RPE of 10 for this today) 

5 Power Snatch (115/75) 
7 TTB
