Tire Flips

3 x 60 seconds for max effort.  Rest 3-4 minutes between sets

Then every 2 minutes for 30 minutes complete the following

5 Wall Ball Shots
3 x Axle Deadlift

For the above workout, the first ten minutes should be easy and a warm up.  The second ten minutes should be getting closer to 60-75% 1rm and the last ten minutes should be pushing it!)
