Strength/Skill

A1 - HSPU
3 sets of 5-7 reps (if you have strict start to work deficits) 
A2 - DB Snatch
3 sets of 10 reps (work on touch and go reps and alternating between left and right, RPE of 5 today)  

Conditioning

Working with a partner complete the following

30 minute amrap (1 person working at a time)

30 Double Unders
15 Pull Ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20) 
15 Push Jerks (155/115) 

(EACH AND EVERY time you switch into the workout you need to complete 2 Turkish Get Ups (1L/1R)
