A1 - Hang Clean + Split Jerk

6 sets,  1 set = 1 Hang Clean + 1 Split Jerk  (work up to an RPE of 9)  rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Conditioning

10 minute AMRAP of the following

2 Power Clean and Jerks (85% of your last clean and split jerk from A1) 

8 American KB Swings (72/55) 
25 Double Unders 


Accessory  
3 x 5 reps Negative Only Muscle Ups (start at the top and for a 5 count lower yourself to the bottom hang position)
