Monday (Day 1 - Week 4) 
Strength/Skill

A1 - Back Squat

1 set of 8 reps at tempo (5010)   (Shooting for an 8 rep max today at tempo 5010.  With the previous 3 weeks of completing this rep scheme at this tempo you should have a good idea of what weight to make an attempt at. 

B1 - Hang Snatch
3 x 3 reps at tempo 3010 (again working up to a very heavy triple today!) 


Conditioning
 

For time complete the following

50 Double Unders
400 meter run

Hamstring Slides 2 x 8 reps
Glute Ham Bridges 2 x 12-15
