Strength/Skill

A1 - HSPU
3 sets of 5-7 reps (if you have strict start to work deficits) 
A2 - DB Snatch
3 sets of 6-8 reps (work on touch and go reps and alternating between left and right, RPE of 7 today)  

Conditioning

Working with a partner complete the following for time (1 person works at a time) 

30 Clean And Jerks (165/115) 
60 Back Squats (Same weight as the Cleans) 
120 Double Unders
800 meter relay (100 meters per person)
