A1 - EMOM for 6 minutes  complete the power clean + hang clean combo
3 Power Clean + 2 hang Clean (all reps touch and go and strung together) 
(work up to an RPE of 6-7 today) 

B1 - EMOM complete the following for 4 minutes
10 Double Unders
5 Burpees

Conditioning

2 Minute AMRAP
5 Box Jump Overs (24/20) 
10 Walking Lunges (Hold KB or plate in front) 

rest 2 minute

2 minute AMRAP
10 Wall Ball Shots
5 TTB

rest 2 minutes and repeat 1 more time through
