Strength/Skill

A1 - Push Jerks
Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes complete 4 reps (work to an RPE of 6 today) 

B1 - Handstand holds
Every minute on the minute for 4 minutes hold for 30 seconds in a handstand (use a wall or start to work free standing) 

Conditioning
