EMOM for 40 minutes complete 1 rep

(Rotate through the following 4 exercises) 

- Atlas Stone to Shoulder
- Zercher Squat
- Axle Over Over Grip Deadlift
- Ground to Overhead with Log

(For today, you may go in any order you wish.  ONLY 1 Rep each minute!  Start out light and work your way up to challenging weight for the last 10 minutes)
