EMOM complete the following until you reach a max effort for the day

1 Axle Power Clean
1 Front Squat


Start at 95/65

If your Power clean is over 205/165 increase 10 pounds each round until you hit 175 then go up by 5lbs per round  
If your Power clean is under 205/165 increase 5 pounds each round from the start


Post Workout
3 x 10 Dips
3 x 25 bent over plate rows
