A1 -  Pause Clean (2 count pause just below the knee) 
5 x 1 reps (work up to RPE of 9-10 today for all sets) 

Conditioning 

For time complete the following  (6 minute time cap)

7 Front Squats (185/135) 
14 burpees


Accessory 
3 x 10 Over head Squat Hops (sit in the bottom of the OHS and hop forward 10 times) 
3 x 15 band pull aparts
