At Chicago Strength, we believe that both the quantification of your training and working in a team environment will lead to the greatest improvements in individual health. Our walls are not covered in mirrors, as we are focused on the numbers – the load, the reps, the duration. Aesthetics should be a byproduct of a successful program, not the focus. Training in a group setting provides motivation, competition, accountability, and support. The more people working together towards a common goal, the more likely that they will all accomplish it.
