The variety of programming is what sets Chicago Strength apart from other gyms. In addition to our many class offerings, we are also a 24/7 accessible facility. All of our members are given a fob as well as virtual access to our coach led programming. This allows our athletes to follow our programming on their own time, in their own space.
All of our programming is rooted in functional fitness. We have eight different class offerings that include elements of CrossFit, HIIT, Kettlebell, Sports Performance, Circuit and interval training, TRX, Metabolic Conditioning, Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, and Strength and Conditioning. No matter your fitness level or experience, we have programming to fit your needs. Likewise, regardless of your time restrictions, we have a membership package that will work for you.
